Yung FSK18

Yung FSK18, born and raised in Halle (Saale), has been releasing songs in cooperation with various producers since 2017. Among others, Rattenjunge, Young Addict, DJ Mell G, Alphamob and many more.
Rapped to various beats, her lyrics deal with gender equality, sexism, parties, drugs and the emotional turmoil resulting from all of this. She is Member of XY since 2021.

XY Booking is a young Berlin artist agency that is committed to more diversity and gender equality in the music scene.
In management, we advocate musical diversity and euphoria, a wide variety of styles and ensure that politics do not stop where the music is playing.
Because music is political and socially critical and we want to highlight that with our work.

Concept

Our principles are based on the understanding that ALL people should have the same opportunities. We stand against any kind of discrimination and are constantly developing and educating ourselves.
In the music industry in particular, a diverse and open-minded image is often promoted which regrettably hardly ever corresponds to reality.
It is a fundamental concern and goal for us to keep an eye on the structural and power categories that exist in the music industry, to loosen them up and change them for the better through our work.
This also means repeatedly reflecting self-critically on our own work, recognizing and appreciating different perspectives. more →

Principles

We know from our own experience that organizational matters can often get in the way of creative processes and demotivate them.
Therefore, we see our task in enabling our artists to work as stress-free as possible, to support them and to relieve them of this burden.
We also want to be there for personal concerns of any kind to give the artists in our music management a fundamentally good feeling.
This is how we help our artists to devote themselves to their music undisturbed and to develop further.
